Gareth Blake

One of the joys of running a vegan chocolate truffle business is being constantly surrounded by one of the planets greatest ingredient, cacao. In its raw form it can be ground down to a paste and with a few natural ingredients added can make a drink fit for the ancient Aztec Emperors. In its processed form it can be used to make smooth and creamy truffles that will fill your mouth rich chocolaty goodness.

Gareth is a vegan chef and a chocolatier (in training) that has written two recipe books and runs a vegan chocolate company called Hipo Hyfryd.
