Welcome to our online booking service for the BVF 08. Please read this form and the Terms and Conditions carefully, then fill in and submit. Once submitted you will have the option to print your booking form. Please print, sign and return the hard copy and enclose minimum 50% of invoice total, this will then secure your booking and we will allocate your stall/advert space and add you as a stallholder/advertiser to the website (if applicable). Any balance remaining is due by April 1st 08 at the latest.

We are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' which will then be listed on the website and also in the 'Show Specials' booklet. This is to encourage more people to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 30 words.
We have several other opportunities available for marketing your products and services, including placing leaflets and samples in up to 500 Goody bags to be given away, and also a Tombola stand where more elaborate prizes can be displayed all day. If you would like to donate to either or both of these, please indicate here approx quantities (please ensure all products are vegan).
Flyers can only be added to Goody Bags if accompanied by some donations for the Goody bags or tombola – as many as possible please!
