As always, we are acutely aware of the costs of doing shows, it’s not just the stall prices, it’s the travel, maybe hotels, staffing, managing, admin, stock, time out the office etc – it’s a big ask. And even more so if you haven’t got much (or any) money. With this in mind we are offering small campaigning organisations a 25% discount from the stall prices. And large campaigning groups get 10% off. For the purposes of the BVF, ‘small’ is defined as having a turnover of less than 100 grand a year. As for the definition of Campaigner – best off phone the office!
We are very keen to keep the Bristol Vegan Fayre an INCLUSIVE show, with neither stallholders, potential sponsors and advertisers, nor visitors feeling excluded on the grounds of cost. If you do feel excluded by either the stall prices or the admission costs, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
