Based in Fishponds in Bristol, Essential are a massive firm that distribute tonnage of vegan and vegetarian produce across the globe. Many will be familiar with this large London outfit as they make the most superb products under their own label as well as distributing a vast array of fresh and chilled vegan organic produce around the vast sprawling metropolis that is London. A quick visit to your nearest independent health store and you are more than likely to unearth one of the awesome Marigold vegan Bouillon and Gravy Powders, which come in several different flavours, textures, shapes and sizes, or even the bottle of vegan Liquid Aminos that they do, but the true jewel in the Marigold crown is the incomporable Marigold Braised Tofu, a product that originated around 25 years ago in Taiwan, discovered, improved nd imported exclusively by Marigold,   and now an absolute must for all those looking for a complete meat replacement, as well as vegan Sunday dinners especially.
