The Bristol Vegan Fayre came into creation in 2003, when the first fayre was held at the Watershed on November 1st - World Vegan Day. An estimated 1500 visitors, 40 stallholders and a dozen speakers and entertainers filled the place with a warmth and energy never before witnessed at such an event.
